It's #GlobalRecyclingDay and today the world recognises and celebrates the importance #recycling plays in preserving our primary resources. Did you know that recycling just one ton of paper saves 17 trees and 7,000 gallons of water? Or that recycling a single plastic bottle can save enough energy to power a lightbulb for three hours or more? At NSSLGlobal we're doing all we can group-wide to operate more sustainably and recycle equipment, we have refurbished and donated our old laptops and furniture to local schools and are working with our supply chain to encourage more sustainable use of resources. As an #iso140012015 certified company and member of the #unglobalcompact, we are actively reducing our environmental impact through innovative initiatives like hardware recycling and our “SMART@SEA” technology, we're promoting a circular economy and energy efficiency.
