Building on the 5075 architecture, the EXPLORER 6075LX provides a more durable & resilient terminal. The EXPLORER 6075GX auto-acquire Flyaway is lightweight, rugged, highly portable & configured specifically for operation on the Inmarsat Global Xpress (GX) Ka-Band network. A large improvement in performance from the previous model comes through the addition of Dynamic Pointing Correction. Incorporated from Cobham’s maritime antenna range, this feature allows the unit to constantly adjust its positioning to maintain the best signal, accounting for wind and if required physical interference.
In addition to this, several enhancements have been made to the design, including:
• New motor assembly – more durable direct motor drive, improving accuracy and signal retention
• Reflector mount rated as carrying point for the unit
• Improved GNSS position on rear of unit – better visibility of satellites for rapid location acquisition
• Non Proprietary PSU input – can utilise a wide range of power supplies

• Field replaceable feed horn

EXPLORER 6075LX provides crucial connectivity for a diverse user base including Defence, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Emergency Response, Media, Telemedicine, Insurance, Remote Office, Energy and Mining. Regardless of the application, EXPLORER 6075LX offers continuity of operations with remote video conferencing and internet cloud services including voice, radio, data, fax and live streaming/broadcast. The EXPLORER 6075LX has an embedded WLAN Access Point user three LAN interfaces. The LCD display and automatic pointing allowing the user to be online within minutes at the push of a button.
Rugged and lightweight design
Weighing 23kg the antenna comes in two rugged hard cases which are airline compliant and easy to transport, with an assembly time of under 5 minutes. EXPLORER 6075LX’s four-piece reflector and base unit materials are a precise blend of lightweight design with strength and durability.
