NSSLGlobal Ltd, the independent service provider of satellite communications, has officially launched the new Broad-IP FlyAway, a portable Ku-Band VSAT system.
Developed in-house, the FlyAway comes equipped with a Samsung Galaxy SII 9T-I9100 with the NSSLGlobal’s Smartphone Pointing App already installed. The innovative Smartphone App removes the need for technical experience as the unique self-directing app will guide users through deployment stages to access speeds of up to 8Mb*.
The lightweight system is also capable of providing call signal and internet connection within minutes and offers over 95% connectivity. With three tough but light IATA compliant cases for easy check-in on commercial flights, Broad-IP FlyAway is suited to those who need the flexibility of rapid deployment but with higher data needs than those offered by the current mobile L-Band services.
