NSSLGlobal response to Covid 19

NSSLGlobal is fully committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and meeting our duty of care to all our employees, clients and visitors.  The Senior Management meet regularly to assess the effectiveness of the COVID 19 control measures and mitigations that are in place.

As part of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System process a COVID 19 Return to Office Risk Assessment has been completed and is supported by the existing Workplace Risk Assessments of which all employees are aware of.  We have implemented a phased return to work for those who are considered key to the business function at this time; the majority of workers are continuing to work from home in accordance with Government guidelines.

Control of entry and exit to the workplace is in place with staggered arrival and departure times for all staff with 2m distancing being enforced and movement within the sites controlled by allocating designated zones, warning signs are posted throughout the sites; visitors to our sites are currently strictly controlled and limited.  A regime of washing of hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water on arrival and departure and at regular intervals throughout the day is in place and enhanced cleaning routines have been implemented.

Processes are in place to support the Logistics Operations and reduce the risks to drivers from COVID 19 which includes deliveries and collections from suppliers and couriers alike.
