What you Bring to the Table:
- A completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
- Several years of experience in the field of internal sales
- Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good English, both written and spoken
You can Expect:
- Contact person for our resellers in Germany from sales to complaint management
- Creation and follow-up of quotations
- Creation of customer orders in our merchandise management system
- Preparation and dispatch of the order confirmation
- Interface between sales and “operation”
- Support in order processing
- Support of our marketing department with regard to advertising materials and preparation of trade fair participations
