Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, committed employee for our Polish office who will not only strengthen our position on the Polish market in the public sector but also win new customers in the field of satellite communication.

The role

It presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team. Using your sales experience to generate growth from existing clients as well as look for new areas of routes to the government market. This is an essential key role in the company’s commercial business. The role will help you develop your sales career as well as offer a very interesting integral position within the business with an opportunity to make the role rewarding for a hardworking enthusiastic individual.

You have to bring personality, professionalism,  flexibility and market knowledge. If you are already an experienced satellite communication expert it will help you and us otherwise, should you think you can very easily be in the position to learn and understand what we do, we will bring you necessary knowledge.

You should also be individualist, business hunter but a good team player. We are looking for strong customer focus and commercial awareness, the ability to work on your own initiative and unsupervised as well as strong customer relationship skills by telephone, email and face to face are essential.

Key criteria:

  • Manage  existing accounts, ensuring we maximise any scope for growth and ensuring we maintain / grow their future business.
  • Identify new customers to approach and look at ways we can win their business
  • Ensuring all clients, existing and new are fully briefed on our portfolio of solutions and products including hardware, airtime, projects, parts and services.
  • To provide sales support for specified customers to ensure that sales requests from these customers are handled professionally and quickly in order to meet customer expectations.
  • To work with and assist our existing Resellers and Agents as well bringing in new Resellers and Agents to grow the business where appropriate.
  • To ensure that sales orders and service issues brought into the company are handled smoothly and the customer is kept informed at all times of the latest delivery/service issue resolution.

Language skills

Despite the fact your office will be in Warsaw, fluent English is a key criteria, and of course Polish, for the job.
